The majority of people go through the the motions of their daily lives whether it has to do with fitness or just life in general they go without having an end goal in mind. The saying goes if ask and you shall receive but you have to ask yourself first what you want in order to achieve this goal.
Not only think of the goal but also ask yourself why you want that. You can't just say you want to lose five pounds or decide to run a marathon there HAS to reason. The reason will get you through those long days when you would rather lay in the comfort of your bed and Netflix. The resin will motivate you to stay with this goal and not give up because of just wanted to lose five pounds just because you want to lose five pounds it's because you want to be able to run around with your kid or be able to fit into those jeans from three years ago.
